My Friends in the Philippines

I still have quite a lot of friends in the Philippines, but unfortunately they do not have access to the WWW. Remember, this media is great, fascinating, but requires access via a computer, and of course the knowlegde how to use that computer. Therefore they have asked me to do them a favor.
